THREAD ROLLING
Thread rolling is a process that produces
threaded rods by pressing threads into a piece of stock
as opposed to cutting them in. These bolts are up to
30% stronger than traditional cut threads and are used
primarily as crane and high-ab hold down bolts.
Bellamy and East roll thread using
one of the strongest possible materials, K1045, grade
8 steel to ensure the maximum capacity available.
